Provides operational support to our company owned stores and franchisee estate ensuring they have the right tools and training in place to be profitable, deliver great customer service and support further growth.
HR Team
Provides professional advice and support in recruiting, developing and engaging with our colleagues to ensure the organisation can achieve its overall business aims and objectives.
Commercial Operations Teams (includes Commercial Finance, Legal, Property & Risk)
Provides financial accounting, commercial analysis and reporting for the Retail organisation along with specialist property, legal and risk services.
IT Team
Responsible for all IT services across the business with desktop, infrastructure, application support and service management roles maintaining and improving corporate systems.
