Working here for the last 20 years has helped develop some new skills; IT, First Aid & Fire Marshalling along with a wide range of warehouse knowledge.

I love the job as I get to travel around the country and work with some great people. From delivering in London to the Lake District it’s been laughs all the way. We may get wet and tired sometimes but there’s not a single job I’d rather do because it’s rewarding, and I am an appreciated member of the workforce at Bestway Retail.
Billy - Drivers Mate
I like driving for Bestway Retail as I get to go all over the country but still am able to get home every night to see my family and spend most weekends with them as we only have to work one in three Sundays. I also get to work with some fantastic people at different delivery points and enjoy working closely with my drivers’ mate for company during the day, the wages also reflect a good hourly rate. In addition the company has provided me training during my time here and there are real career prospects giving people like myself the chance to further my career within Bestway Retail.
