FIELD BASED ROLES

Our field-based teams are always busy securing new business leads and establishing relationships with our retailers. Working closely with other Bestway departments to deliver on objectives, using knowledge to help support retailers and boost profits.


NEW BUSINESS AND ACQUISITIONS:

Working in the New Business and Acquisitions team, you will deliver the annually set number of new accounts and sales from establishing and securing quality new business leads from across the Bestway Retail portfolio of brands.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

The role of our Business Development Manager is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with retailers and suppliers, and grow sales and revenue for the company. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and consumer preferences, developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, and building strong partnerships with suppliers and other stakeholders.


BESTWAY VANS FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES:

Bestway Vans Direct is an operation that services more than 20,000 customers every two weeks. The van sales operation consists of two divisions, Bestway Snacks and Bestway Sweets, and functions with 190 vehicles, 120 of which are dedicated to the snacks division, with the others being used for the sweets branch. Our customer sales representatives do more than sell; they advise on category, manage the fixture, rotate stock, put up POS, and more. The Vans Direct team helps retailers develop their business and boost profits!
